How fast does it ship?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Expedited (1–2 days) is available. International orders ship in 5–10 days with duties pre-paid.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to Canada, UK, Australia, EU, and more. All duties are paid upfront so no surprise fees arrive with your order.
Returns & warranty
What's the return policy?
30 days, full refund, free returns. We accept returns on used items—condition doesn't matter. Returned units are recycled responsibly.
How long's the warranty?
Two-year warranty on every device. Covers manufacturing defects, motor failure, battery issues, and silicone damage. Free replacement or repair.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] with photos and order info. We ship a replacement the same day and include a prepaid return label.

How long does battery last?
